He presented all the options available to our situation and allowed us to choose with no pressure. He answered all our questions, and scheduled the work to be done sooner than we ever had hoped for. Super impressed with these folks. Paul and Jon were efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. New faucet is awesome, and they did a free safety check on furnace and gas lines. They even brought my 50 pound package that was delivered while they were here inside for me! Thank you so much!

Auchinachie was the first to respond and was able to address my service issue. Bill Hartman was my service tech. He had to run out several times for the right belt but was able to fix my whole house fan to perfect working condition. I would highly recommend Auchinachie for their prompt and professional service.

Excellent experience. Office called to remind me that service rep was en route, and provided a time of arrival. Plus, I received an email which included a picture of the technician. Arrived at exactly the appointed time. Explained all service needs to me prior to repair. All repairs were completed as explained, and at the price quoted. Very excellent experience. Will use on future projects, and would highly recommend to friends and neighbors.

Ray and Dillon were great! I didn’t know you could swap out 6 toilets in under 30 minutes; that has to be some kind of record. Spoke with Ray’s manager, Alex, to let him know what a good job they did, and he was great too!
