Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Master plumber Jimmy was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Replaced 20 feet of old rotten seeer pipe from my bathroom to the outside clean out. He even adjusted some plumbing fixtures for me as I planned to redo the bathroom. It was a bit pricey but worth it when no plumbers in the area even return phone calls.

Made an appointment to have the Jet truck clear out a 1 1/2 drain line from kitchen sink. Was 4 hours later than they were suppose to be scheduled to come, no phone call to let me know they were running behind that day. Entire job took less than an hour from parking vehicle and setting up. Made an absolute mess where the drain line was and sewer mess drained all over the floor. Said they caught what they could in this tiny pan, no cleanup at all afterwards. The bill was $456 for less than hour work, no clean up at all! You would think for that price they could have did a quick cleanup of the mess but they said they have servpro come in and clean it for a lot more money. No thanks, it only took us 20 mins with towels and a mop. He Tracked a bunch of stuff through the the house it was a mess. Ridiculously expensive would not use them again! I give them an upgraded 2 star because the gentleman that worked for the company was a nice guy.

Service was good. Very expensive. I will not call you next time
