Horrible service. They made two 2 inch holes in my wall and tried to cover it with a plastic outlet cover. That did not even offer to fix it. They continue to do another hole in the lower bottom of my wall where no outlets could be reached. Then they wanted to charge me an extra $150.00 to fix the problem. PLEASE DO NOT DO BISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
Very Knowledgeable, lot of experience. as a DIY person, they were a breath of fresh air, answering my questions, offering advice, and really invested in my success. I have been there several times, and every experience has been excellent.
I hired a repairman to come to my home to fix my washing machine. While here he decided it was a good idea to make racist jokes. At one point he left my door open long enough to let one of my indoor-only cats outside, and then offered to use his taser on my pets to "have some fun". I am aghast at this man's disgusting and unprofessional behavior. I will never hire this company again, if this is the sort of person they think is acceptable to send into my home.
