Thank you for your outstanding service at my home Wednesday, 21 August and Thursday, 22 August. Your representative was prompt, professional and explained everything to me to my satisfaction. The repairs were completed. This is not the first time I used your services and will use you again when the situation calls for it.

Alex showed up in my home during the time window established beforehand. Very polite and thorough young man. He checked a couple of toilets that I thought were leaking, turns out it was a little hose in the wrong place.
