I called several times for repair on a water heater. The technician made an appointment and never showed up. Three calls later to Randy and still no resolution. No follow up, no apologies and no service. Will give my business to someone else.

Dyane Baker, I completely apologize for the experience you have encountered and I promise you that is not how we operate our business. I remember this this call. We were supposed to do the work for a "handyman" and unfortunately they didn't agree to our contract. We didn't call because it wasn't our place to do so, as we were just a sub-contactor for the handyman. I'm not even sure we had your number to call. I am one of the owners of the company and take this seriously. If there is anything we can do for you, please don't hesitate to call the office.

I've had the pleasure doing business with this company to do my sewer jetting and camera work recently and will look no further for a great service and excellent rates. These guys are top notch and excellently skilled at what they do. Thank you Randy and JJ!

Had repairs scheduled over the weekend for a bad plumbing leak under ground tenants had no hot water. Vendor did not follow through with his promise to complete the work in a timely manner also did not even bother calling or returning phone calls or texts. BAD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
