My HOA contracted Cassaro Plumbling because of its good business practices. I beg to differ based on my personal experience. I have a 1st floor condo. On Monday my bath ceiling was leaking. I notified my upstairs neighbor (condo). Together we notified our HOA, and the HOA told my neighbor what to do. The HOA refered Cassaro Plumbing to resolve my bath ceiling issue. Tuesday we contacted this company for an appointment. Cassaro set it for. 2-28-19 between 12pm & 2pm. Thursday after 3pm they had the nerve to want to reschedule my neighbor and I far 4 day-away appointment. My neighbor and I had to contact our HOA TO DISCUSS CASSARO’s DISCONSIDERATION: *MY MOTHERS TIME OFF OF WORK TO WAIT FOR CASSARO TO DO A JOB THAT THEY WANTED TO POSTPONE *MY NEIGHBOR’S HUSBAND’S TIME OFF OF WORK WAITING FOR THIS COMPANY TO SHOW UP. *CASSARO CALLED AT 3:30PM TO WANT RESCHEDULE FOR MONDAY, 4 DAYS LATER. Thanks to our immediate complaints to the HOA about this company, we got an appointment for 3-2-19.

My Mom who is disabled, had a toilet issue. I contacted AA Cassaro Plumbing, and they were there THAT VERY DAY first on their list. I was a priority to them. They made me feel like a VIP from the start. They advised me on ALL of my options, and was THERE FOR EVERY STEP to make sure ME the customer was HAPPY.. I HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you TOMMY and ADA and Jennifer and Jacob for EVERYTHING and of course Mr. Cassaro for ALL KNOWING CUSTOMER FIRST!

No words can truly describe how important they made me feel. We had a sewer back up problem which turned out to be tree roots clogging up our sewer line. From the very moment they made contact with me to the moment they completed the work of restoring the line the way it was suppose to function they acted and treated me in a very professional manner. They explained from the start what had to be done and how long it would take. They were true to their word and we experienced very inconvenience. The plumber who actually did the work ( Ben ) was very knowledgeable and explained and showed us what had clogged up the line. But I believe that the person who made us feel more at ease and handled getting our insurance company to authorize work to begin immediately was Denise Miller. She knew that we had sewer back-up into our newly tiled bathroom floors on 2 occasions and made sure repairs would start before it would happen again. What a godsend she was. We would highly recommend A A Cassaro to everyone. Hard these days to find contractors who are true to their word but this company showed they were. Thanks
