So happy to have gone with Avis! From beginning to end, the experience was superb. Mike was beyond helpful. He took the time to really help us make the best choice for our situation and became a part of the family in the process. Their commitment to customer experience was excellent and I would recommend their services to family and friends. As I write this in the cool air, thank you Mike and Avis for your work!!

Just want to let everyone know that Joseph and Frank were awesome today. These two service technicians were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had a small problem with the AC and had them come out to take care of it. They took care of it and the best thing was that they didn't charge us for adjusting a value to the AC. Thanks Guys, you're the best out there.!

7/17/2019, Joseph from AVIS came to our home for A/C Maintenance, he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explained what work he was going to do and asked if we had any question before he got started. Once he finished he came down an explain what he found with a lot of pictures, which were very helpful. He told us about the condenser and the buildup around it and it should be cleaned every 5yrs, he also told us about the circuit boards and the story behind them. He said that Ed the owner had a special 1st time offer on the surge protector for the circuit boards. we asked Joseph to preform these 2 tasks. We have been with Avis Plumbing and Heating since 2003.

After 18 years of long hot seasonal A/C usage it was decided I needed to replace my HVAC system. I called Avis and the next day had a review with their owner Ed Ballard who displayed all the details required for us to decide on a slightly upgraded system to handle our square footage comfortably and equitably. Pricing was agreed upon and after Ed checked on inventory of equipment we had installers with hardware the next day. The crew was led by Nick who was professional and conscientious of cleanliness and completed the difficult job in two days during terribly hot temperatures, especially in an attic. I was totally impressed with the owner, all his workers including all follow up calls and scheduling details. All arrived as stated, on time. This was Not the type of company that said one thing and did another. Or says they are going to do something just to get you to agree and then they’ve got your money and run. Call them, you’ll be happy you did. Money well spent. This seldom happens these days......

Mike Kennison did a great job. He made sure the cover to our filters were placed correctly and the paint matched up. That is how my husband and I are and we are very appreciative for that. He is a very knowledgeable, nice and concerning employee. Also, I had trouble finding your review site and Diana was very helpful and patient with me on the phone. You have 2 great employees!!!
