Had a broken pipe on a Saturday morning. Needed emergency repair done. They said they would call their guy to see if he can do an emergency weekend repair, which was $150 and hour with a 2 hour minimum. Never got a call back or anything. Lady on the phone was kinda rude and said "I'm in the middle of a party right now and it might be a while." I'd be more satisfied with a simple, "No we can't make it till Monday." Would not recommend.
