James came to the house the same day we called. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue we were having with the shower leak. Unfortunately, he did not have the part he needed to fix the shower on his truck as it was a weird part, but he made arrangements with us to come back the next day. James called before he came, both days. He was on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and he made sure the bathroom was cleaned of his work when he was finished. He was friendly throughout both visits. James explained, in terms I was able to easily understand, what was wrong, what he was going to do to fix it, and how much the process would cost. The prices were reasonable. I was impressed with his customer service and with his skills as a plumber. Before leaving, James made sure that we were satisfied with his work. I would definitely recommend this company and this particular plumber to anyone needing this service.

Drew T came out to our house last night. Our HOA is a PIA but he was able to get them to let them through and shut off our water as the water heater busted. He told us what time in the am he would return to install a new and and called me in the am to confirm. Very professional and down to earth guy and great representative of his company. I’d go with precision plumbing again 100%.

Friendly, fast and explained everything thoroughly. We had an emergency water heater leak and reached out to multiple companies each of which scheduled for next week, but frank was able to get here within 20 minutes! Even AFTER a 7.1 EARTHQUAKE that happened during the labor work he got the job done by himself! Cant get better customer care than that! Definitely recommend! Ask for Frank R.!

I wish that I could give Zero stars. Called them to come replace the gaskets and bolts in one of my toilets. They wanted me to pay $375!!! I believe in paying a fair price, but absolutely hate price gouging. This company makes its money on people that have an issue that needs to be fixed immediately and they think that they can force you to pay an outrageous price. In all fairness, the plumber that showed up was very nice and professional so I don't blame him. However, in my opinion, this company is the lowest form of service that only wants to take advantage of people in need. I talked to the manager and he did his best to try and justify the pricing, lucky for me, I have 4 other toilets and there is only two of us so I didn't allow myself to get ripped off. In five minutes on Home Advisor, I found a licensed plumber to do the job for $185.00. Don't let these people take advantage of you.

Usually I am the one that complains ;) but when it comes to Aaron Thompson---he is ''Simply the best''--just like Tina Turner sings. He spent 1,5 days at my place and was working alone but his job was done like a team of experts created it!!! Precision Plumbing is lucky to have Aaron working with them. Aaron was the ONLY guy that was fixing things at my place that I felt that what I am paying for is worth it. Go with Aaron!!!!!!!
