Fast and good work. Installed a flash heater and I am very happy with it. Also fixed the A/C fan a couple of years ago and it is still working well.

We received great service from Duke's Plumbing and Heating last month. When I had someone come to clean my heating ducts they discovered damage to the ducts and also that some rodents had been living in them - AAGGGGH!!!! Anyway, they explained my options and when I decided those ducts had to go, they gave me a credit for my duct cleaning against the cost of the duct replacement and were super fast in getting it done with really friendly, professional service. I appreciated this because the temperatures at night were well below freezing at the time. Even though I assured them that our wood stove would get us through, they made sure that had it done in 2 days. I was so happy with the service, I had them install my new toilet as well.

OK, so we had an experience that everyone can relate to. We had "sh**" all over the place again. Called the plumbing company we used the last time this happened. They didn't show when scheduled, finally got a hold of them and they said "OH, we can't make it today". Now to the good part. Called Duke's and they were able to get to us within a couple of hours. Kevin was great; he had to remove the toilet as we didn't have a clean out and was able to get everything flowing again in short time. We had Kevin come back and install a clean out for us. So here is the bottom line - the emergency house call was half of what the other company charged and the clean out fix was also about half of what the other company quoted. We were very pleased and recommend Duke's highly.
