The technician was able to stop by within an hour after I called. As soon as he arrived he got into the work immediately. He was super organized and professional which was very much appreciated. At one point he had to go out and buy some extra piping and the whole repair took less than hours. It was thorough and super clean. The best!

Thumbs up for the very quick response! I noticed a leaking water heater on Monday around 4pm and called Innovative Plumbing Pros for help. I was able to make an appointment on that very hour and they were able to dispatch a tech onto my house to look at and fix the problem. The tech emptied our leaky water heater, removed it, and installed a new one. He also explained the process that took place as well as gave us an insight on how to prevent the same damage in the future. Pretty helpful and informative indeed!
