TempRite Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing

Horrible! Our property managers hired these idiots to do yearly maintenance on our heating system. So our heat was working fine, scheduled time was btw 9a 12p, showed up at 1205 then proceeded to break a working furnace. Then we call them to come back and they say awe, we got some appointments ahead of you but we'll make it there by end of day.... So i gotta wait over 24hrs for these guys to fix something they broke. My house is like 20 degrees literally and these guys think nothing is wrong. Stay away!!!

The air conditioner which was working prior to their taking it apart has not worked since. Now I need to get a real repair person right away. TOTAL Scam. Called because my ac was running a little loud but still cooling ok. They said the freon was fine but compressor wasn't running at best efficiency. Might give out completely in a year or so. The guy said new compressor would cost 2500 (3 times price a friend recently paid) but they would recommend a full replacement for 8700.

The guys at Temprite are great. Honest guys with a quick turnaround. They came out the same day I called when when my hot water heater was leaking. I've used them for a few different plumbing needs. Definitely trustworthy people!
