JJ & B Septic Services

Over a year ago I called the owner and spoke to him about getting work done, and questions. His attitude was poor, and he didn't seem to want to help or answer my questions, or frankly talk to me. Today he called me and asked about my review, over a year later. I was attempting to apologize for my review since he in fact called me back and wanted to talk about the review, but then he then sad that I was a "cupcake" soft in the middle, lacking character, and not a real man. My initial thoughts of him being rude and arrogant were validated. My thoughts on this are simple. A real man, would admit when he was wrong. A real man wouldn't make excuses, for his actions when they were wrong, but simply say "I'm sorry and I made a mistake". My review is based on the fact of the owners attitude and the way he conducts himself when dealing with the public. I would be more than glad to remove my negative review, when he decides to act like an adult and can apologize, admit his faults and wrong doings, and act like a man and not name call, belittle, degrade someone.

JJ&B Services just completed our septic system and did a fantastic job. Prompt, professional and highly competitive, JJ&B completed the project on time and left our property better looking then when they began. The entire process exceed all of our expectations and we highly recommend this firm to do business with.

I had a Septic Alarm going off and a friendly guy named John came out to take a look. After resetting a tripped circuit breaker, it was determined that the pump went bad. John said he would be here on a certain day to replace it, then never showed. He then said he'd be here the next morning, didn't show again. Then said he was waiting on a part, had it in stock, and would be here tomorrow, then again, didn't show. He stopped responding to calls, hasn't return voicemails, and after two weeks I was forced to contact another company. Stay away from this company. Extremely unprofessional.

The replacement of your septic system is an expensive project that you want to have done right to assure a reliable service for years to come. Unfortunately, this is not the case with JJ&B Services. I have spent $40K last year and was promised a “State of Art” system with peat moss bio-filters. Over the past year I have spent more than half of the year manually operating the system as the controls keep failing. I have made many attempts to hold JJ&B accountable for their work, but was not successful. In addition to faulty controls, JJ&B did not fix my lawn after construction nor did they remove cut trees as stated in the contract. This is not a service that you can rely on unless you want to have an expensive “headache”. Also, be aware of the engineer, named Doug Fine, with whom JJ&B cooperated. This guy does not work within any deadlines, so if you want a prompt service you may be greatly disappointed.
