Very helpful, I would ask older employees though. Some new inexperienced employees could send you in the wrong direction at times. Just ask for help as soon as you go in, it can be hard to find someone when you're in an aisle.

!!!0 STARS! WORSE CUSTOMERS SERVICE EVER!!! I have bought oven, installation service and haul away. I HAVE CHECKED INSTALLATION GUIDE TO ENSURE CORRECT WIRING/CONNECTION IS AVAILABLE!!! Installation guide states it can be connected by 3-wires the same as my old oven. Sounds great? When delivery guy came, he said he cannot connect and i will need to call electrician. There is no plug. SO INSTALLATION SERVICE WHICH YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IS JUST A PLUGGING IN YOUR NEW STOVE!!! Delivery person was kind enough to tell me that, HomeDepot does it all the time and the only way they will tell you about it when you buy appliances in store. SUPERVISOR ON THE PHONE CAN ONLY BLAME HOMEDEPOT! THANK YOU, HELPS A LOT. NOW I'LL HAVE TO WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR RESCHEDULED DELIVERY.

Worst service ever. I was there to get estimate for renovation kitchen. First, they made mistake on making appointment, they made appointment for me, I got confirmation email, when I get there, they do not see my appointment, so I had to come back again.Gideon Dohan is the very old kitchen designer who is slow, lazy, ignorable, and rude. He refused to give estimate, told me to pay $100 because someone has to come out and measure. Other venders,and even other home depot estimates for free without charging $100. He was treated like "I don't care who made mistake on appointment, you are wasting my time, just get out of here" Thank you for nothing
