Dutra Sewer And Water

This review is long overdue. Our basement flooded about three months ago from a blockage. We called a plumber who cleared the blockage, but informed us that the problem would occur again and couldn't say when. He advised that the blockage was from the sewer line and that he would need to dig into our finished basement. When the basement flooded again a day later, we contacted another plumber to clear the clog. Like the first plumber, he advised that there was a blockage that needed to be cleared. He highly recommended we contact Dutra for help. They were on site the next day and advised that the work could be done from the outside. No need to dig into our finished basement. They showed up on time, contacted PSE&G, the town and completed the work the same day. The digging done on the property was doner from the foundation of the house to the curb. They were careful with the yard, replaced the dirt and reseeded in the areas they dug. I wish I knew which seeds they used, my lawn looks fabulous in those areas. Their price was a lot less than my first quote and was reasonable. Chris and Kyle did an awesome job, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs sewer work done.

I had a Sewer Line which I found out was completely obliterated Remedied By Kyle & Chris from Dutra. It took them 2 hours to locate line because it was coming out at a 45 degree angle from property. They worked all day from 8am till almost 5pm to make sure We were back up and running. Kyle was very responsive to all my calls and text messages and let me know what had to be done before they arrived at property. Chris & Kyle were very understanding of my unfortunate situation and we were able to work out short term financing. There is a Retention wall about 5ft High that was in the way of this project. Dutra might not be the lowest Quote you receive but they are very knowledgeable and performed the work as expected. I cannot thank them enough for completing the Job swiftly and Having my family return to normal life in our home. I would Highly Recommend Dutra you ever have a Serious Sewer line problem. These guys will get job done !!!

I would not hesitate in recommending Dutra to anyone needing a major sewer and water project. We contracted them to replace our septic system with a holding tank / lift pump to the street (over 150ft away). Chris Dutra and his team worked tirelessly and diligently, with great attention to detail. They not only backfilled all holes, but also replanted disturbed vegetation and covered the tracks made by their machinery. Dutra's long term relationships with the county and town inspectors, who trust their work, helped speed the overall approval process.

When your home’s sewage line fails, its a big deal! We had our basement flooded from our laundry room wasteline. Our plumber said our main sewer line under the cement slab was broken after snaking it and hitting a blockage. How were we going to get this fixed!? Highly recommend! I had an emergency at my home with a collapsed lateral sewer pipe from under my driveway apron thru to the main sewer pipe connection. They showed up on time and got immediately to work. No nonsense, no BS. Work was professional, thorough and very neat. Dutra took care of all permitting, bonding and police coverage quickly. Chris and his crew made sure that the sewer line was clear of any clogs and/or debris from the house thru to the main before they left. Job was completed in one (1) day. Thank you again!
