Drain A Way

They said they were on their way and now have kept me waiting for a month to clear my clogged toilet. They said the part was on backorder. They are now telling me to call someone else. Where is the integrity with Tato and Maria?

The short of it...Renato came to clean some plumbing, all was good, and I left a great review. Then I scheduled a service for which I was accidentally not home and Renato asked me to pay a $40 fee for not cancelling the appointment. I agreed, since they were previously helpful. Now recently, I scheduled an urgent service as my pipes were backed up and I was leaving to go out of town the day after the appointment. I called early afternoon to confirm they were coming and was assured they were. After 4pm, I receive a call stating they will not arrive. None of my plumbing is working, and no one else can come on such short notice. Of course, I will not be refunded my $40. What kind of a double standard is this? This is not how good business is done.

Reasonable priced, know what they are doing, polite and prompt. Thanks!

Great service

Let's face it, nobody likes calling a plumber. It's a necessary evil. Lucky for us peninsula people, we have Drain Away! I called these guys at 4:45pm on a Wednesday afternoon for a small clog problem in a sink. They promised between 11 and 1pm on Thursday. They were DONE, out the door, paid, cleaned up, etc...by 11:20. AND...they could not have been nicer. Tato and his son (known around my office as THE GUY WITH THE HAIR) were so polite and professional. Why on earth would you go anywhere else?
