Very friendly and helpful. When a wood rotting problem was found by their installers putting in a new French door, they worked with us to ensure that their installers fix that problem as well. They later helped us by coordinating with the door manufacturer (Jeld-Wen) to ensure they honor their warranty when defects were noticed with the door that we ordered.
