Excellent quality and value. Honest, hardworking, and professional. It's been 4 months since the installation of the water softener/filter and Reverse Osmosis, and the water is amazing at both ends. Thank you
Very responsive service after competing the installation. Highly recommend.
Very nice company, good customer service, the installers were wonderful gentlemen and the product is excellent. I am thrilled with my whole house installation and my RO system for the sink and refrigerator/ice maker. Highly recommend this company to anybody wanting clean water on tap!
We had a very bad experience with NMP water systems. I'd give zero stars if it were possible. 1. We had Tim (the owner) install a targeted reverse osmosis system, that brought RO water to a spigot at our kitchen sink and to the ice maker in our freezer. Because we get all our drinking and cooking water from the spigot at the sink, we had him put in an instant hot and a COLD tank, so it would provide the same features as the Poland Spring bubbler we were replacing this with. Seems like a fairly straightforward request. But he installed the heating tank and the cooling tank clear on the other side of the house (in the same spot he put the RO system, where the water enters our house) so it literally took over a minute for the water to run either hot or cold. It should have been installed close to the sink, of course. When he came back to address the situation, he said moving it would be too difficult, and suggested we put in a second heating tank and cooling tank under the sink, and wanted us to pay for the second units, which of course we refused to do. He put the second units in at his expense, rather than moving the units we originally bought (I guess the price of the units was less than his labor would have been to move the units.) Here he did the right thing. He installed improperly initially, and fixed his mistake. 2. The flow of the RO water was very week. We had him add a unit into the system that pumped the water more quickly. But that pump became obsolete as soon as he installed the instant hot and cold under the sink, since the pump was on the other side of the house near the RO system, so all it did was pump water more quickly into the instant hot and cold tanks, but had no effect on the speed by which the water left those tanks and flowed to the spigot. A total waste of money. 3. Within weeks of the under sink installation, the pipe leading from the instant hot tank to the sink spigot broke (while we were away on vacation) and by the time we came back, our kitchen and basement were completely flooded. Totally ruined the wood floors in my kitchen, as well as the ceiling, walls and floors of my basement. Tim came back to fix the connection, since it was his error, and said he's pay for the damage -- and then disappeared, never to return a phone call again or respond to any correspondence. And to add insult to injury, it happened AGAIN, about a year later. My handyman fixed it that time, and after his fix, we haven't had the pipe come loose again. 4. The piping between the RO system and the pump came undone a few months later, so the other side of my basement flooded. (This being the aforementioned pump that was totally ineffective and obsolete once he installed, as described above.) My handyman fixed that pipe as well, and it didn't leak again. I think Tim's workmanship was poor. No other explanation. And his lack of integrity is shameful. 5. The ineffective pump (already mentioned 2x above) blew about a year later (not that it mattered, since it was serving no purpose.) But because he had set the system up with the water flowing through the pump, I once again had to hire someone (since he refused to return my phone calls) to redirect the water so it would completely bypass the pump. Finally, I had a difficult time finding someone who could replace the minerals cartridges for me on the units he installed - since Tim had removed all manufacturer info from my units, with the intention of making me dependent on his company for all my future service calls. Buyer beware.
Tim came and setup the water softener and the RO system for us, and while there were small issues / changes we wanted, they accommodated that and fixed the issues very next week. and we now have a perfectly working system. We definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a water softener / RO system.
