They did not fixed the problem. Clog is back after one week. Charged 458$ to pull a toilet to fix a shower clog. Refused to come back when called again week later, unless they get paid again. Lazy technician. Provide poor quality services without any guarantees.

Recommended to me by another plumber and I am glad I called! Quick to respond, explained what needed to get done, and got the job done fast and clean! I will be using Drain Doctor again!! thank you Zach
