Simple advice.. Do not use them.

Use them since 1997 as Gelman Plumbers. they were always helpful. Since it moved to O'Neil from Gelman the service has definitely went downhill. So while I like the individual plumbers, the service went from being on time to a few missed calls. My last call they did not show up on time and did not call. I make a call and after getting a second appointment that they did not make and me wasting a whole day waiting, I finally moved on to another plumber because I could not wait anymore for broken appointments. Hence it's okay.

I had previously used gelman and sons in south orange. Oneil apparently bought the business from Gelman about 12 years ago when I spoke with him on the phone. We arranged for him to repair a toliet as well as a couple other projects. after calling to confirm in the morning the day of, he never showed for the appointment. I called him and left a message, assuming something happened on another job. I never got a call back. Apparently I found only 1 other review on yelp, and it also mentioned not coming back to finish a job. At least this was only a no show.If I get a call back, will update the review
