Saher and his crew are the greatest. They saved my basement from a huge flood and remediated any possible mold. They are reliable, fair and honest. I highly recommend Servpro of Howell/Wall.

I called this team when my older water heater let loose in my basement. They responded same day, removing the water from my carpets, lifting the carpet carefully and adding enough fans and equipment to circulate the air to dry out the carpet completely. They came back regularly to adjust the positioning of the fans and check on the progress. When the carpet was completely dry you could see they took care that it could be reinstalled with no damage. All of the doors and walls were also left without damage as they were very careful every step of the way. They also put down protection in other floors of the house that they walked through, so as not to track anything from the wet basement. They were also listed as a preferred provider with my homeowner’s insurance company and handled all of the billing directly with insurance. I never had to coordinate between the two companies. Seamless! The entire crew was professional and courteous. I definitely recommend this team!!

They did a very good job getting the water out and drying up my basement. it was a bit pricey but fantastic service.

LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! Had emergency flooding on a Sunday when entire family was arriving for a week's visit. SERVPRO arrived shortly after phone call and were sympathetic to situation, extremely professional and worked non-stop all day. Follow-up with drying fans and monitor of situation was daily. All furniture was moved and protected. Can't say enough about the company, the employees or the service. EXCELLENT!!!!

I had to use ServPro for a fire restoration, and I am glad I did...they were not only very fast, professional and all around a nice crew, but they saved stuff I thought was gone for good. They over exceeded my expectations, they kept me up to speed on everything they did and they always checked in with me on anything that was even a slight concern or questionable. Never seen a team work this hard an detailed during the entire process. HIGHLY recommended for any job!!!
