Gave me a price of $12,500 without actually seeing the job. He sent a tech, tech was nice, but the supervisor over the phone gave me this price. I asked him how he came up with the number, he started explaining, I said you haven't seen the job. I told him I'm in this business and know what's needed to do the job..how can you estimate a job you haven't seen? Its roughly 25 feet of 1 1/2 inch copper pipe. Than they charged me a service fee. I work in this business and when a company over shoots, its because they just want a quick buck with the service fee. Would not recommend. Thieves are what yous are. I got multiple estimates no where near their blind estimate. Again stay away, get multiple estimates.

This was my first time using Dependable Plumbing & Heating. All i can say is that i was absolutely satisfied. i had called early this morning due to my faucet leaking. The staff was very friendly kept me updated on everything they had a plumber come see me with in less then a hour. the plumber fixed the situation in perfect time before i left for work.Dependable is a name that they live up to. I highly recommend them for fast clean & curdious service. I will be using them in the future. Thank you so much guys for doing a awesome job keep up the good work.

I was getting appliances delivered and ran into an unexpected issue that required a plumber to finish the installation. Of the handful of plumbers I reached out to, Dependable Plumbing was far and away the most courteous. They kept me posted on how soon a tech could make it out and were reasonable with me in pricing. The tech Reno was polite, cheerful, friendly, neat and did a terrific job. I've had nightmare experiences in the past trying to get service technicians to come to Hoboken, and this company is so the opposite that I needed to sing their praises loudly. I would absolutely recommend them to someone who needs a plumber in the Hoboken area.
