We just had some work done on our bathroom and I am so thankful that we went with Gene D Plumber. Jacob was nice, patient, organized, and extremely professional. As a company, they're honest and do excellent work. They're very experienced with quirky old Hoboken houses like my own. I was impressed by the great communication with Veronica through the course of the work. Highly recommend them.

These guys are without a doubt the best plumbers in town. Have been using them for years. I hate to admit it, but I tried to price shop them once, but they were the lowest bid. Honest, quality work, and good pricing.

I'm a contractor from New York trying to help out my son with a kitchen renovation on his new place. Needed a plumber in a pinch to replace two broken water valves right away to continue my work. Gene showed up late in the day to get us secured for the night. Francisco followed with a scheduled water shut down and repair. Being in a multi unit building, this is not an easy process to schedule. Then came a damaged waste line repair that involved accessing the apartment kitchen next door...another coordination nightmare! Everything was scheduled through Veronika in the office and she's a pleasure to work with. All three service calls were done and completed without even a getting a quote. I'm happy to say that when the invoice came, It was fair and reasonable. I've used multiple plumbers in New York every week for years and I must say I'm impressed with they're entire operation.
