My sink was draining very slowly and caused a funny smell. It turned out that my disposal also needed to be replaced. They stopped over to check in the evening and came back the next day and replaced my disposal very quickly. I'd definitely recommend for anyone needing immediate service.

I stupidly dumped one of those gel-based ice packs down my kitchen sink. A day later things weren't flowing too well so I plunged the sink which caused a large volume of garbage disposal "product" to vomit forth from my laundry room sink. At this point things were really backed up so I called these folks at 9:30am they showed up at 11:10am and were done by 11:55am. The call center folks were pleasant as was the plumber. Couldn't ask for better service.
