Great experience from beginning to end. Rich came out to look inspect AC unit that was not working. He was very patient and looked across the nation for manufacturers that could ship in replacement pieces needed. He was also honest about recommendation to explore replacing whole unit, as a repair to an older unit appeared to be a band-aid solution. Greg came next day to inspect the whole unit (outside & in attic). He was able to provide a multitude of options that took into consideration our budget and preference. We were able to find a remedy addressed the problem, but also set us up for long-term comfort. I was impressed that Greg was able to offer us a loaner window unit to address the heat until install was completed. Brian and the install team came within the week and were the ultimate professionals. They worked efficiently and were beyond helpful. I would highly recommend Jones to anyone looking to address heating, cooling or plumbing needs. All team members were professional, understanding, & arrived in timely fashion. Thank you, Jones!

I was very pleased with the efficient service provided by Mark Ortiz of Jones Plumbing. They came out to look at the problem within hours after first making the call. I do feel the cost was a bit high considering I supplied the faucet and it was a pretty straightforward replacement, but with water leaking everywhere, I did agree to go ahead with the repair and associated cost.

Rarely take the time to write reviews but had to in this case. As a first time homeowner, I was clueless on which company to go with for servicing my boiler, but very glad I made the choice to go with Jones. Had an appointment for a boiler leak scheduled for today 7/25, the company contact was great leading up to the appointment with confirmation calls and texts. I was notified morning of who my technician would be (Marshall - who was incredible) and what time he would arrive which was also spot on. Marshall was able to diagnose the leak very quickly and outline the options that would fix it along with clear descriptions of the work and pricing. All went smoothly for the leak fix, but while testing the boiler after Marshall expressed his concern with a strong odor coming from the unit. He tested and the CO levels were at a extremely dangerous level. After expressing his concern he completely broke down what was happening and his recommendations moving forward. Worst case scenario was a potential replacement as the unit is getting up there in age, but one alternate option was a full service and clean which which he expressed had a 50/50 chance of correcting the issue. After talking it over together I decided to give the clean/service a try and thankfully it appears to have corrected the issue. I’m sure I could’ve easily been sold on a needless replacement of the whole unit, but Marshall was extremely professional and felt confident that because the unit is in good overall condition, it should have some years of life left in it and he wanted to see that happen. A+++ on all aspects of the appointment from communication to worksmanship and cleanliness. Will definitely continue to use Jones for future maintenance and service, and only hope Marshall gets assigned to all of our future appointments.

We had Jones over to install our new A/C compressor and condenser. Everything went as planned, the work was completed as promised. Bryan and his team were professional, courteous and timely. We are very happy with the work they did and recommend them. Thanks again!
