Ken came out on an emergency basis within the hour I called to pump out the septic tank. He did an excellent job in explaining the process to me and in explaining how the septic system works. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend using Russell Reid to everybody with a septic system.

This was my first experience with septic servicing since I got my house and I'm SO glad I went with these guys. I had no idea what I was doing. They asked me to dig out the cover and I spent all sunday digging and trying to find it. I just couldn't. Bob was super helpful and found it for me and dug it out as a courtesy, which was amazing. Also, man was I far off. Anyway, couldn't have been a better experience, and I thank you Bob :)

The service was professional. While I would prefer that they would have provided likely time of service the day before, they did tell me that the serviceman would likely be there between 2 and 5 pm. It was done at 3:30, promptly, with no issues. I certainly recommend their service.

The man who came to pump the septic was very polite. He explained what was going on in the tank and gave some tips about keeping the septic in good running order. This was the first time having the septic pumped so I had many questions and he was patient and kind answering all of them.
