I called to replace 2 faucets. Eric showed up the next day, on time, gave me a good price for the job, and promptly replaced the faucets. His plumbing skills and professional demeanor were so outstanding that I felt confident to ask him to take a look at another issue - a suspect water heater installation. He took on this job for a fair price, replaced pipes, installed an expansion tank, and everything works and looks great! We were very impressed with Erik, and will only call Mark Lindsay and Son Plumbing & Heating in the future. My highest recommendation!

I would highly recommend using Mark Lindsay and Son for any Google Nest products installation. I had two Nest Thermostats (3rd Generation) installed by them and I could not be any happier with the process and results. My technician Pete was very professional, knowledgable, and kept me informed throughout the whole installation process. I've used them for a large project when our water main supply developed a major leak outside the house before the meter and shut off. The job required excavation, supply line replacement and a new shut off valve. They were very thorough, set up all the necessary utility markings from various companies and got the job done as quickly as possible.

Installed Nest Hello video doorbell, and a Nest-Yale smart lock — both remote controlled via app. The price was better than the other local firm I got a quote from. They were quick to call & set up the appointment. The installer arrived on time, did great work, and answered all our questions. We are happy to finally be enjoying these devices in our home, which we had considered adding for a long time!

Jonah fixed a problem with my water softener system in less than 15 minutes. He knew all about the system. He was punctual (arrived 10 minutes early), fast, efficient, and professional. He also took the time to explain the problem to me and how I could avoid problems in the future. The price for all the work done was LESS than just the "service call" price from companies who specialize only in water softeners in this area. I will absolutely call Mark Lindsay & Son again.
