Called and got estimate to replace all fixtures in my tub. Day of appointment rec’d call asking to reschedule. I explained that i have a painter coming the next day to paint over the area they need to work on (needed to cut a hole in wall to access pipes, and i was going to patch it b4 painter arrived). Mattco said they would just push back my appointment by an hour (from 1-3 to 2-4). 5pm nothing. Called & got answering service, was told i would hear from someone shortly. 6pm nothing. Called and got service again, was told (by a different person that they would contact dispatcher and that i would hear back shortly. Never heard back from them, still waiting for that call, lol. I guess the other job paid more. Hope it was worth the one star review. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Called me after appointment time to reschedule water leak coming through the ceiling,, ok,,,I'll call my tenants in two units and my handyman, all now waiting, and see if everyone can meet up again. Mattco said same time tomorrow, fine, scheduled with everyone again. Tomorrow comes, no call, no show. I text and leave voicemail on same numbers we have communicated with throughout, no response or explanation ever. I wasted almost a week of a water leak, to now start over from scratch. I understand if you're busy, or can't handle the job, but please communicate that so I can schedule someone else. 2nd star is because they have helped in the past, which is a little more surprising as I am a repeat customer,,,

Have been using Mattco for 5 years and always professional and priced right. Recently had bids from 2 other local plumbers and Mattco was most reasonable and they actually took the time to figure out the problem and then give a quote. The other guys just told me everything needed to be replaced and the quotes were very unreasonable.

Had an appointment for today between 1-2pm...They never showed up or called. Great, missed work for this. Now it'll be even more challenging to pay for my plumbing issue. I called and left a message at 3pm to no response. I called and made another appointment with a different plumber and they said their charge is $200 less than what Mattco quoted over the phone.
