Have a problem with my faucet not getting hot water till running it 10 minutes. Not be able to diagnose the problem and resolve the issue.

I was very satisfied with their service!! Our hot water tank stopped working? Luckily Plumb Rite was able to get a service guy to us right away and we were back up and running that same day. We now use them exclusively for all of our new construction projects. Some of the cleanest work I've seen in many years, I would highly recommend !

Chose to go with them because I'm a staunch small business supporter and company is highly reviewed on Google. Truly baffled that I called yesterday, this morning and this afternoon and have not heard back from 1 technician to even set up today, tomorrow, next week or whatever. I understand tech's are busy but a Tom called this morning, after I called for a second instance this morning, and stated a tech would call back and be out possibly late this afternoon. Confirmed my call back number and its been zilch all day. Truly saddened to even have to write this....
