We had an emergency situation. Region Energy responded with 1 1/2 hours. Handled situation. Repairman (Tony) was efficient and sensitive to our situation. Region followed-up later that evening to see if everything was okay and to report on the status of the parts that were ordered. We've been with "Region" for over 35 years. They've installed HVAC, boilers, etc. We would highly recommend Region Energy. A satisfied long-term customer
My furnace was serviced because of parts that were in need of replacement. I called Region Energy in the afternoon, that night a technician came to do the job. I was impressed by the quick response.
