My pipe burst inside the wall in my Kitchen and Zack came out had me turn back on the water just to assure that the pipe burst in the kitchen wall and not the bathroom above the kitchen. For everything he does in my house he educate me on it, he never left me out and when I didn’t understand he reiterate it. Then my grandpa who was suppose to originally help me out showed up after Zack. Zack then explain to my grandpa what he is doing so he too could feel involved.
