Cannot thank these guys enough. They came within a couple of hours when everyone else was "to busy" for the next day or so. They were very professional. Costs were in line with other plumbers in the area (based on my personal experience). They also came out quickly (within an hour or so) for tweaks needed (I am very meticulous). Overall I highly recommend this company!
Prompt service, Brandon was extremely professional. They completed the job as they outlined in record time. I also appreciate them not “upselling” with offers of service contracts or pushing for repairs I did not need. Hopefully, I won’t need them again, but if I do need a plumber, they will definitely get my call. No complaints on my end.
Great and Friendly Service! I called Scott initially for an urgent issue (broken toilet) for my retail business, and they came 7 am the next morning to fix that. I was so happy with the speedy, friendly and efficient service that I then called them to replace a hot water heater, and install a water filter. Scott and Susan are so friendly, easy to deal with, efficient and effective. One less headache for a business or house owner!
Worst experience ever! The guy is rude, he came in my house this morning didn’t really want to hear what was wrong got back out to get his stuff didn’t close the door,, told him can you please close the door if you go out... then 3 min later door open again my dog is gone.. I tell him again he tells me Your door doesn’t close I was like I never have a problem with it and then tells me with a attitude I am not responsible for your dog! I told him no your not but your responsible to close the door if you go out doh, and then without saying anything just left.. like wow .. if your too old and grumpy to care and be nice to your customer just retire ! I still can’t believe how rude he was !
Scott and his staff installed a new gas-fired boiler several years ago and has maintained it since. It's been working wonderfully. They also helped us fix one of the radiators that was a bit noisy. Scott and company has been highly dependable and honest. I would recommend them to anyone.
