Splash Plumbing and Heating

We were away in Florida when our son called that there was no heat in the house. We called Splash Plumbing and Heating and they sent someone over right away. He assessed the issue and was able to fix it in a matter of a few hours.

This was a gross misdiagnosis. The service man was stoned when he arrived and told me he had a car accident on his way to my home. I have a 2300 sq ft ranch and he got lost every time he left my laundry room. After 2+ hours, he told me the leak was under my bath tub and it would be a big job to cut into the concrete under the tub. He cut into 3 walls while he was there. We left all walls open for 4 days so we could assess the water leakage. In the end, we discovered it was actually our refrigerator!! They never returned with the estimate which I anticipated would be quite expensive if they were going to jack hammer concrete under my bathtub! There was no follow up from the company but they cashed my check the same day. I'm sick to know that they can rip people off this way. I'm thankful we didn't let them do the work that they proposed.
