Long lane did a phenomenal job installing our ac units. The workers came out on a Sunday because we had been waiting on the warranty company for 4 weeks. Bill at long lane was very communicative through the whole process and made phone calls on our behalf to get the ball moving. Once the parts were all in he sent 3 guys out on a Sunday to get the job done. They were professional, yet personable and they did meticulous work. They left the work areas cleaner than when they started and we pleasant to be around. I felt 100% comfortable having them in my home and will use them for any future needs. Thank you Long lane for giving us our air back!!

John came out right on time and did a great job getting my central Air up and running just in time for my company arriving for vacation later today. I definitely reccomend long lane home services and will be using them again.

These guys were speedy and knew what they were doing. We had another company come out twice and could not figure out how to fix our range hood. Mario was here for about an hour and left with everything back in working order!

I would highly recommend long lane home services for many reasons. Their techs John and John were personable, knowledgeable, and courteous even at the tail end of their day (5:30pm). They knew what to look for, explained it in a way I could understand and serviced my hvac unit on the spot. I am very pleased with their service and professionalism and they deserve to be recognized for their outstanding work.

Not thrilled with the service, we used Lang Lane through our home warranty. (Which we are also not thrilled with but this is a different story.) We had an issue with our condensation line leaking causing an overflow that came through our sheet rock. The overflow pan was full and overflowed. Something in the unit clogged. I had cleared the clog so that the AC worked but knew something wasn't right. The tech came out, checked everything and diagnosed a faulty switch. He was a little baffled why the problem happened to cause the safety switch to be necessary. He required the $100 for the service call, never replaced the switch and said he would call the next day with an estimate. Four days leter no estimate, I called them and they said that they did not make an estimate to call the home warranty. the home warranty said the Long Lane quoted $1400... For what, the switch is $10 on Amazon, I would have gladly paid them $200 to replace the switch and flush the line of any additional clogs. I called Back long lane and got some ridiculous estimate to replace the condensation line. The system has worked for years... just had a clog and faulty switch. hours of my time wasted and $100 down the drain. Ill call someone else or fix it myself!
