Called three times to schedule AC maintenance, left voicemails and talked to a receptionist. After two weeks I finally had to schedule with someone else. If you can't schedule something just say so, don't ignore a customer by not returning their calls.

Cranford Plumbing & Heating have provided top notch service every time I needed my heating or AC serviced. They have been professional and honest. I would not use anyone else.

My husband and I have given John lots of business over the past 5+ years, including a new heating & air conditioning units. We called them them recently to come to our home due to a clogged main sewer line. The technician was there for approximately 30 minutes and we were handed a bill to pay instantly of $453.00! Im sorry John but you LOST our business after this exorbitant price which we think was ridiculous! Going to find a new plumber, GOOD LUCK with those prices!

These guys are top notch, knowledgeable, clean, skilled & prices are better than many others in the area.
