Randy was able to provide a quote for a kitchen faucet replacement over the phone and asked all the right questions to keep me within budget of the quote. I appreciate his integrity and explaining the process throughout the installation. So when I needed to have my faucets valves replaced as well to avoid additional leaking underneath the sink, I felt confident in his guidance without feeling anxiety from unnecessary pricing gauging. That is the kind of trust you can expect with having worked performed with this company.

Rich did a great job installing my new sink, garbage disposal, and faucet. He was even able to pull out the old broken dishwasher for me. He did an excellent job and at a fair price.

I had an issue that another plumber attempted to resolve 3 times unsuccessfully. The other plumber refused to come out a 4th time and complained that this was costing him money. I was referred to Cherry Hill Plumbing through Bradford White. Rich contacted me immediately and walked me through different troubleshooting techniques over the phone. Rich knew what the problem was and came out and fixed it. He charged a few dollars less than the original plumber too. I will contact Cherry Hill Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

We woke up one morning a few weeks back to find that our water heater had died and gone to plumbing supply heaven during the night. We checked our neighborhood online forum and came up with four or five recommendations for this and one other company. The other company couldn't---actually wouldn't---come out until the next day, and even that was only for an estimate. Rich answered the phone on the first call, was able to give me an accurate estimate over the phone based on my description (water on the floor, pilot out, no running hot water), was on site within 3 hours, and replaced the water heater by 3 pm. Go with CHP; you won't be disappointed.
