ABSOLUTELY a top shelf company. Unmatched response time (a technician arrived an hour and 10 minutes after my wife hung up the phone ). After diagnosis, a DETAILED explanation was provided as well as a walk through showing her exactly what the problem was. Skilled and professional installation began THE NEXT MORNING and the area was left neat and clean. The install team picked up where the service technician left off explaining every step of the way with knowledgeable information that will prevent problems in the future. The equipment installed( a new furnace which provides heat) had all the latest technology and came with a 10 year warranty. Absolute also provided a 5 year on labor. A company that not only provides fast and efficient service is rare. Add the professionalism, quality equipment and craftsmanship, and Absolute is second to none. My wife also asked what areas they serviced so she could recommend Absolute to anyone in our area (Ocean County NJ) and the response was ," We cover the entire state of New Jersey miss Jackson. Our team is dispatched everywhere from northern Bergen county all the way down to Cape May." Very impressive and well deserving of a 5☆ review. Use them . You won't regret it

Had a plumbing semi-emergency and knew that none of our local plumbers would be interested in coming in less than a week. So, I left my address on their webpage and received a prompt call from the company offering to send a plumber right then. I told them that the leak probably wouldn't destroy our house in the next few hours and they could come in the morning. Wallace came in the morning and finished the rather complicated repair efficiently by noon. The price seemed a bit high for a half day's work, so a star off for that, but everything else was good. I suppose you have to pay extra for urgent work, but sometimes that's necessary when you don't have time to wait for the local guys. Would recommend them for emergencies, but because of price, not for anything that isn't urgent.

Absolute waste of time. Had 11AM appointment I called 11:20 for update. They said plumber was 20 minutes away. I called 12:05 still not here. He arrived a few minutes later. You advertise 60 minutes or less but arrive 60 minutes late with no courtesy call. Why would I pay your premiums for you being unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will be posting my dissatisfaction with every social media I can to make others aware of your business practices.

A Absolute is Absolutely HORRIBLE!! I had a brand new water heater installed less than a year ago and this water tank has failed numerous times! I have requested someone of authority to call me but it has gone on deaf ears and no one has called with concern. They constantly send multiple technicians to my home with in one day. Everytime someone comes their first response is "I don't know why they sent me I don't do this" I was charged almost 4k for a water heater that does not work. Do Not waste your time or Money.

If I could give this company a zero star I would. Horrible customer service. And always a rip off. The first time they came the plumber broke the plate that was on my wall and said they were responsible. They tried to charge me 450 to 1100 to replace the cartridge and I couldn’t do that so they lowered it to 350. I said I would call back. Now that I call back, they have no recollection of them breaking my plate and also of the price quote. NOT TO MENTION that it took them 4 hours to come. Not only were they rude but they did not care nor try to help. Use a different service if you could !!!!! This Place will break something and say you need to replace it.
