We had a major plumbing problem in a house we are renting. Pepe responded promptly and got someone there the same day. The plumber who came to the house, Jose, called and gave me a full, on-site explanation of what they had found and likely repairs, along with multiple photos. Company owner Garrett Pepe followed up by phone and walked us through the process. (Garrett also promptly returned subsequent phone calls during the process.) Unfortunately, they were not able to come out to make repairs the very next day, but did get someone there on the morning following, when repairs were fully completed to our satisfaction. Everyone was very polite and willing to go above and beyond in communication. Without hesitation I would use Pepe again.

Terrible company. Over charges for work thats not completed correctly. Doesn't pay his employees, vendors or subs. We did work for him roughly a year ago, have a signed contract and everything. Once the job was done, we sent pictures of completion got the OK from the owner and haven't heard a peep since. We've sent roughly a dozen emails, text messages and "messages" at the office that haven't been returned. I wouldn't call this guy if he was the last plumber on earth. We're currently taking Garrett, the owner to Special Civil for a lawsuit of roughly $8,000 because of accumulated interest charges.
