If I could give no stars I would. No one ever answers their business line. I had to call twice before I got a call back. Set an appointment for 8:30, which I really didn't want so early. The guy told me this way he wouldn't be late. Instead, no one showed up at all. When I called their "office", SURPRISE.....no answer. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and clearly not dependable.

I had a problem with the installation of a dryer when I changed from electric to gas, a plumber from Wells Bros. came out and within 10 minutes I was up and running. The fee was very reasonable. Thank you Wells Bros.!
