Very good service. My AC broke down in the ninety degree heat. The technician came the next day and fixed it. He was timely and professional. I'll call them again when I need service.

Do not even think of using these people! I had a horrible experience with them recently. I had setup an appointment window from 2-4 and took off work to ensure I would be there in time. I waited and waited and finally at 4:30 called to make sure the guy was still coming (was told yes). 5, no one, 6, no one. Finally at 6:30 I called one more time and was assured the tech got stuck in traffic but was on his way. As you can imagine, it was all a lie. No one ever showed and I was never called to offer an apology. If they would have been honest with me it would never have been an issue but when you lie to your customer's face and let me spend hours upon hours waiting for no reason then I say your business has no scruples. I recommend you look elsewhere for your HVAC needs.

I was informed that the service that I purchased will be completed the same day. I have two elderly parents, two elderly dogs and a child in the home. Least to say, service is not going to be completed the same day- and a worker dropped a knife from the roof, that struck my elderly disabled mother in the head, and then the chest, while she held the baby. I have contacted them since 9am on the half hour- and I continue to get the run around with this company. I have not received an apology or any discussion regarding how they can rectify this situation. I have repeatedly told them that this was unacceptable, and still no resolution. It is 2:30pm on 8/5/2019 and STILL no one has called. Horrible.

I called AJ Perri because two friends recommended them when I had an emergency with our AC that the tray was overflowing and leaked water into our house. I asked if they had someone that could come THAT day; that if they couldn't send someone THAT same day that I will not schedule the appointment as I already had an appointment with Ideal Refrigeration Service the following day. So, AJ Perri sent someone that day, but not someone that could fix it! A total waste of my time AND money! I don't know what the point was in sending this guy! Infuriating! And they quoted $3500 annnnd said they couldn't fix it till the end of the following week! Unreal! The following day, Ideal Refrigeration came and sent an actual person who could fix the problem and fixed it that day!
