Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Our technician, Dale Arnold (#701) was fantastic. He came within the 2 hour window. The job was relatively easy- hooking up the water for a refrigerator. He was in and out in 20 minutes. He worked with us on price. Very affordable. Great job, will use them again!

I was totally caught off guard by the flooding in my basement. Roto rooter came out within the hour after calling them. Great inspection of my sewer lines as well as looking into my drainage system. Water and restoration team were just great. They removed all the carpeting that was wet. They constantly were coming out to the home to ensure all wet spots were taken care of and resolved. I am very pleased with their services and their professionalism they displayed in every one of our interactions. This was a bit overwhelming but they made their part in the puzzle much easier.

Overall my wife and I were satisfied with the service provided. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Had a pleasant demeanor and sought to get to know me and the actual issues going on at my house. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star is because of the price. They started off at $700 and reduced it to $500. They then reduced us for military discount. $426 was the final price. The issue I’m having is it took all of 5mins to use the jet to remove the clog and about 10mins and 75 gallons of water to make sure it was clear. I don’t know how this time and resources totals $426 let alone the initial price of $700. Even with the six month guarantee, I still don’t see it. To sum it up......Great service, great technician, questionable pricing!
