Homestead Plumbing & Heating

I called Homestead Plumbing 2 times. The first time I was told they would get me a price on a new flush pump and I had to call back twice...never got a price. Then I called July 3rd and asked for emergency service because the same toilet was backing up into the shower. A plumber came out, was at the house 5 minutes. He said he had to go get a new pump. He called back about 30 minutes later and said he'd get it Friday. It is the end of the day Monday and I still never heard back. So in my opinion, worst service ever!

Our hot water heater died on us a Sunday night called Monday morning and they had guys here with new one at 12:30 were here when they said they would be got right to work got it done very professional would not hesitate to call them again hope to not need them any time soon but if I do need to it will be them
