Pruzansky was recommended to me by my property management office. I was extremely happy with the service. The guys were professional, on time and efficient. I needed a 2 ton air handler installed along with a compressor. They did an outstanding job and even installed my nest thermostat at no additional cost. I would highly recommend them.

These guys did a great job! We used their services for replacing our hot water heater. They installed the new, removed the old, and everything else in between in a very professional manner and cleaned up after themselves. They put a pan under the hot water heater and set it up with piping to the drain in the floor, for the exhaust vent piping up to code, and many other improvements. Would highly recommend,

Ed who did my gas valve replacement was super knowledgeable and friendly. He called ahead, arrived on time did a nice job (my oven now fits snugly against the wall). He was also very neat about his work. Two thumbs up!

I would steer clear of this business!!!! I just hung up with the owner “Mitch” who arrogantly informed me that he was the owner! I called this morning regarding 2 AC units that had recently broken down in my home. I was informed that someone would return my phone call this afternoon. “The extremely rude arrogant owner” called back and was terrible from the first part of the conversation. He was speaking “at me” instead of “to me”. When I asked him what the job entailed and a round about estimate he rudely began to insult me. His specific words were “if these prices don’t work for you don’t waste your time or mine”. I was on the phone with my mouth dropped at his disastrous customer service. I informed him that there would be no way that I would ever use a company that speaks to their customers like that and to expect a review shortly to warn other people. I am baffled of the positive reviews and I honestly called because of the many positive reviews. I couldn’t believe how rude he was. You should pride yourself in the company you’ve built and treat potential customers with respect. It was very clear he could care less and because of that he will not get my $15,000 that he rudely insulted me about.
