Prompt response. Not only did he resolve my problem but did a Quick walkthrough with me and checked other Issues I thought I had. He assured me that all those issues were minor and he resolved them. His price was Fair. I am so happy that I found him. My old plumber is no longer in this area so therefore I now have a nice new Young man.

Always skeptical of Home Advisor of Angie's list but I'm glad I went ahead and hired Intact. Shai arrived at my house within very close proximity to our conversation. He was polite, honest, fair and respectful. Our conversation was comfortable and pricing was fair. The very next morning, Freddie arrived on time and was also very respectful. Work took place over the course of the day without incident and overall I am very very pleased with the whole process. We had a pump installed for a below ground level washing machine and also had various water and gas pipes extended as well. The work was very neat.

My water heater started leaking late afternoon and by 830pm a friendly team arrived at my home to replace it with a new one. The team was very professional, diligent and clean.
