Bob came by to do a plumbing inspection on a foreclosure home. We weren't able to turn the water on but he was able to identify issues that didn't show up on the report. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and explained everything very well. I have a good understanding of all the must do's before being able to move in and turn water on.
