TLC Drain & Sewer

TLC is great! I called early afternoon with a backed up drainage pipe and Michelle was so incredibly kind and helpful. Within three hours someone was at my house. Brian was very thorough and did a great job explaining which options he was going to try to remedy the situation and how much everything would cost. One hour later, everything was resolved. I would absolutely recommend TLC!

This is a very professional company. The men who performed the service were on time and courteous. The price was reasonable. I would recommend them to others.

Had to have sewer work done ASAP for sale of house. TLC sent a friendly worker within 30 minutes of me getting off of the phone with them. He did the job and in less than 24 hours they sent the paperwork that we needed to complete our sale. So grateful!

Edit 14 August 19. The owner responded to this review with very nice language. But actions speak louder than words and one week later they did not follow through as they said they would. If they had spent half as much time reaching out to me as they did trying to look good on the internet, then I would not have this problem. Original Review: They did came out on time to clear a clogged drain, but only pushed it from between the 1st and 2nd floor into the basement. The next morning, a Saturday, the water was coming out of the sink on the first floor. I called and spoke to the person who answers the phone; no call back. I had to call and pay another plumber to come out and fix what I already paid TLC to do. I called again during the week to request a partial refund; no call back.

TLC were professional from the office to their technicians. They were dressed in TLC attire, wore a clean pair booties over their shoes everytime they entered my home. The technicians were knowledgeable and kept me updated on what was going on. Above all they were honest and didn't do work that didn't need to be done. I highly recommend them. They saying "you get what you pay for" is exactly what I got. Worth every penny.
