Dormann's was highly recommended by a co-worker. The Owner returned my call immediately after I left a message and said he would send someone out that afternoon to find a small leak in my basement pipe. Two gentlemen appeared. They listened well, heard everything I mentioned and took it all into consideration. Like Leak Detectives, they searched high (20 minutes crawling around in my attic looking for roof leaks) and low (throughout my basement and middle floors) before cutting a hole in my basement ceiling around the leaking pipe, to see where the pipe was leading to. They looked at every possibility, found the solutions and fixed the small leak without having to cut the pipe. I was very comfortable and agreed with their diagnosis. They were amazing! I felt the cost was within reason, the gentlemen did a great job and most of all, they had integrity. This is the type of service every single female hopes to find. I highly recommend this family owned business, they deserve a great review and I would definitely use Dormann's again! Thank you again gentlemen!

Whenever I have an issue at home, I call John and his excellent team of plumbing professionals. Called them today to resolve an issue with my bathtub, and Dan was over, fixed the problem and left all within an hour and fifteen minutes. Great company and such friendly plumbers. I cannot say enough about how well they treat their customers. Unclogged my shower drain in no time. Used them a couple times and always come right out to help. Definitely recommend!!!!

Woke up to a water line leak at the curb. Talked to Reed, who confidently gave us a quote over the phone, (the quote ended up being accurate), and he was at our house digging within 2 hours. He and his team worked efficiently and provided excellent communication. This is the type of honest and professional service that can be hard to find. Very satisfied.
