I set up an appointment with this company for today. They said they would be here between 12-2pm. I had a babysitter cancel on me at the last minute to take my kids. 2pm rolls by with no call or show. I call the company to make sure the service man wasn't lost. Wendy tells me the dispatcher is on the phone and she will call me right back. 30 minutes go by no call. I call her back and she tells me the dispatcher will call me. When will she call? I don't know she says. My kids are stir crazy and going nuts in the house and I can't even get a timeframe or ETA, or a call back! I get that the plumbers can get behind on appointments but COMMUNICATE! It's the respectful thing to do when you are over an hour late to a two hour window. It would go a long ways. My advice is don't call this company unless you want to waste your whole day and still not get your problem fixed!
