I couldn't get the hot-water heater started after our basement flooded, so I called Battista Plumbing & Heating to see if they could do it. From the very pleasant demeanor on the phone I could tell this was the right call, and an hour-and-a-half later they had gotten the hot-water heater up and running again at a very fair price.
