DO NOT USE THEM. READ MY STORY, AND DECIDE FOR YOURSELF. I had an issue with the pump in one of my two tanks (1000 Gallon each). I contacted them and they came to correct the problem. Their technician asked me if I have tank alarms, and asked to see them. After seeing the alarms in my basement, he immediately told me the pump needs to be replaced. He then went outside, removed the cover and confirmed that it needs to be replace. He added that typically a pump replacement is about $3500 and mine is probably more because it is on a rail system. He said he can pump some liquid out until a manager contacts me the next day with a more accurate estimate. He pumped the tank for less than 5 minutes and claimed to have pumped 1500 gallons. I told him that the needle on the truck hardly moved, and he responded that that gauge does not truly reflect how much he pumped out. I then asked him how he determined how much he pumped from the previous customer, and he just walked away. All this time he did not realize that I have a 1000 gallon tank, and pumping 1500 gallons is not possible. He came to my door about 5 minutes later, and handed me a bill for over $350 for pumping the tank. I did not hear from the manager, and I began contacting other companies. I found a reputable company that came to the house, opened the lid, and told me the pump is good. There is no power going to it, and to contact an electrician. They did not charge me for the diagnosis. My electrician corrected the problem, and only cost me $325. Upon doing more research, I discovered incidents similar to mine have happened to other people. After a week the manager contacted me, and when I reviewed my experience with him, he denied any wrong actions by his company, and became borderline rude.
